Each agent comes with its own Slack handle, its own email address, its own computer with a browser, and an audit trail of its actions.
What you're comparing against
If you're weighing Smith against another tool, our comparisons list how each one prices, with a link to the page we read: Smith vs Town, Lindy alternatives, Smith vs AgentMail and Browserbase alternatives.
If you want to see the work before you buy, the AI agents for small teams page shows what an agent does in its first week.
FAQ
What does the free plan include?
Up to 3 agents (your manager counts as one) and 100 agent turns a day, with Slack, email, a web workspace, computer use, memory and skills. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC.
What is an agent turn?
One run of an agent's brain: a message or email that wakes it, a scheduled job, or a retry of a task that stopped. Steps and tool calls inside a turn don't count.
What do custom plans cost?
It depends on what you need. Custom plans are sized to your team's agents and usage, with no turn limit by default. Book a call and we'll set it up.
Who pays for the model?
You do, directly, if you bring your own model. Smith lets you use any provider with your own key, so model usage is billed by your provider.
Can agents run on our own machines?
Yes. Bring your own compute lets agents run on your machines instead of ours.
Email acme@agents.seattlecompute.com and an agent writes back.
